Monthly Consumer Price Index Indicator: released September 29, The monthly CPI indicator excluding volatile items and holiday travel rose 3.4% in the 12 months to August following a 3.2% rise in the 12 months to July. ↑

Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence: released October 14, ANZ-Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence dropped 2.1pts to 83.0, now down for a second straight week after the Reserve Bank left interest rates unchanged at 3.6%. Consumer Confidence is now at its lowest for over a year but is virtually unchanged on the same week a year ago.↓

ANZ-Indeed Australian Job Ads: released October 7,ANZ-Indeed Australian Job Ads fell 3.3% m/m in September following a downwardly revised 0.3% m/m decline in August. The trend series fell 1.5% m/m, after a 1.0% m/m fall in August.↓
