Australia: ABS Labour Force Figures, released today, unemployment rate increased 0.1 points from 6.8% to 6.9%. The participation rate decreased to 64.8%. Monthly hours worked increased by 9 million hours to 1,688 million hours. ↑

USA: Bureau of Labor Statistics, released October 2, the unemployment rate decreased 0.5 points to 7.9% ↓
