Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage high volume blue and white collar recruitment in this expanding Rydalmere organisation.
  • BAU plus projects and development opportunities.

The company

The role
Reporting to the HR Manager, your primary focus is to support managers through the end to end recruitment process.

The responsibilities
Your new role involves management of all elements of the talent acquisition cycle including:
  • managing end to end recruitment of a broad range of administrative, technical, professional and leadership roles.
  • partnering with managers and supporting job design and position description reviews.
  • taking the brief from your hiring manager, advertising, reviewing applications, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • producing shortlists for managers and providing them with guidance around interview techniques and selection processes. 
  • headhunting and developing a talent pipeline.
  • supporting managers with succession planning.
  • coordinating employment compliance, reference checks, testing and offer management.
  • preparing for onboarding and inductions.
  • managing relationships with recruitment agencies.

The candidate
In order to be successful in your application, you will have:

  • a minimum of 3 years talent acquisition / recruitment experience, either internal or agency.
  • have experience recruiting high volumes and preferably blue collar workers.
  • be proactive, resourceful and resilient.
