The role
Working collaboratively with the Head of Compliance, you will provide compliance advice, ensure regulatory obligations are met and support a small compliance team.
The responsibilities
This role is critical to the ongoing growth and expansion of the business and primarily you will:
- Provide compliance advice to the business ensuring regulatory compliance obligations are met.
- Assist with the implementation of the compliance framework.
- Develop regulatory relationships and assist with regulatory reporting.
- Oversee the internal and external dispute resolution process and maintain a positive relationship with AFCA.
- Approve and manage marketing communication, including social media and website content.
The candidate
To join this impressive team, you will:
- hold tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Business or similar.
- have recent compliance experience in the financial services industry.
- have the drive to take your career to the leadership level.
- have exposure to complaints management and dealing with regulatory bodies.
